The annoying parts become the tools

Some store problems are design. Some are the same chore, over and over: heavy images, fonts that will not stick, a product page that fails the same checks, a morning where you just want to know what happened yesterday.

When a chore shows up in more than one store, it stops being a one-off fix. That is where the tools and app ideas come from. They are named for the problem, and they are not in the App Store yet.

A tool should take a minute. An app should watch the thing you would otherwise remember to check. A redesign is for when the store itself is what is in the way.
